Filling the belly aka eating is an activity to provide essential nutrients as the capital strength to do daily activities. However, usually many who engage in activities that actually should not be done after every meal. What are the forbidden activity?
1. Smoke
Numerous studies have shown that smoking one cigarette after eating a meal together with smoking 10 cigarettes. In this phase, the chance of cancer will be greater.
2. Eat Fruits
Eating fruits after meals will cause stomach filled with air alias bloating. Good fruits consumed at least two hours after a meal or one hour before meals.
3. Tea
Why is that? Because tea leaves contain a very high acid. This substance will make the protein contained in food that has been devoured it becomes difficult to digest.
4. Tie loosened Waist

7. Do not go to sleep
