Recipe Soy Milk

Inggridients


250gr soy beans, wash clean.
1,5 L water
150 gr sugar
3 pieces pandan leaves, tie
3 bay leaves orange.

How to make

1. Soy Soak in warm water for 24 hours. After a bloom, wash and discard skin.
2. Blender with 1.5 L of water until smoothed. Filter.
3. Boil over medium heat mixed with sugar, pandan leaves and lime leaves. Stir until boiling, not to overflow.
4. After chilling filtered with a clean cotton cloth. Serve warm or cold according to taste.
